Inspired by the age-old tradition of gifting rubies for one’s 40th anniversary, it captures a legacy of passion. This blend, featuring vintages from various eras and finished in port casks, transcends mere consumption to embody Midleton’s ‘Very Rare’ distinction.

 

Tasting notes:

Aroma: Rich berry fruits meld with a blend of spices, earthy notes, seasoned oak, vanilla, and floral undertones.

Taste: A harmonious mix of fruits and spices, accentuated by ginger, clove oil, berries, and the dark chocolate notes imparted by the port cask.
