Unveiling the Preferidos Hors d’Age 2022 LE, La Aurora adds a masterpiece to its Hors d’Age collection, celebrated for defining the pinnacle of cigar elegance. This exquisite offering, encapsulated in an Ecuadorian wrapper, features a blend of tobaccos from the Dominican Republic, Colombia, and Nicaragua, aged meticulously for over twelve years. The result is a symphony of flavors, combining spicy, woody, and citrus notes with the richness of roasted coffee, masterfully crafted by La Aurora’s revered master blender, Manuel Inoa. Reflecting the ‘beyond age’ essence of the finest French cognacs, this limited edition, presented in a 5 3/4 x 54 toro vitola, is priced at $30 per cigar, with boxes of 15 priced at $450. With only 650 boxes being produced, this rarity is poised to enchant retailers by late April, 2024, marking another chapter in La Aurora’s tradition of exceptional craftsmanship and aging since the series was first introduced in 2018.
