Sonus Faber unveiled their new flagship loudspeaker system, Suprema, at Munich High End 2024, marking a new era in Sonus Faber’s high-end sound with its innovative four-tower speaker system and external analog active crossover. Featuring the iconic lute shape, the main towers optimize the soundstage, while the Stradivari-shaped elliptical subwoofer towers deliver precise low-frequency reproduction. Each of the two main towers, a 4.5-way system with ten drivers, ensures high-quality sound reproduction across all but the lowest frequencies, with the subwoofer towers covering the deepest bass. Introducing a midrange with a cellulose pulp diaphragm, a mid-tweeter with a treated silk dome, and a super tweeter, Suprema further enhances Sonus Faber’s signature Natural Sound. With a frequency response of 45 Hz to 40,000 Hz for the main towers and 16 Hz to 80 Hz for the subwoofer towers, Suprema exemplifies excellence in audio craftsmanship. Its luxurious design, combining high-gloss wood, carbon fiber, black leather, and aluminum, ensures a timeless aesthetic. With extraordinary levels of customization available, Sonus Faber offers a bespoke touch to the world of ultra high-end speakers.
